So, about me. I’m a 38 year old strait guy and second generation Italian immigrant. My family is from Boston but I moved to Oregon in 2015…long story there. Been told I’m easy going and a good listener. I also like long walks on the beach…JK. I teach GED classes in the prison. It’s hard but rewarding to help men achieve an education. I also do maintenance work around this place (see pics of us goofin’ around). For fun, I manage/play on a softball team, work out a lot too. I’m also finishing up a Master’s degree in criminal justice.

Before prison, I owned a home-flipping business and worked as a patrol officer. Yes, I was a cop. Most people don’t care or think it was valorous. You’ll have your own opinion, I’m sure lol. My case involves crimes on Facebook. If we could, let’s treat this like Planet Fitness’s slogan-a judgement free zone, deal? Inmates are more than their criminal convictions, isn’t that why you’re here?

I’ve experienced a lot of tough times and seen some terrible s#@t on the job and in prison, but I’m still here and smiling I bet you won’t find another guy who’s been on both sides of the system!
