It seems every time I do a bio, it always ends up being different than my last intro, and even though the morals and principles I stand on haven't changed, my views and outlooks have. A close associate of mine put my mind at ease by teaching me that you have to grow through what you go through. So, I’m going to take these seasons of transformation as confirmation of leveling up, and introduce myself to the best of my abilities (given the circumstances). At 39 years young, I’ve been through every stage of incarceration. Survival (lies, manipulation, and deceit just to eat), realization of reality (that no one was responsible or obligated to be there for me accept me), and acceptance (even though I couldn't change my situation of being incarcerated, I could change my interactions with people). Which is why I'm thankful and grateful for any and all I’ve been in correspondence with over the last 15 years. It's helped mold me into the man I am today. In the hardest, but most beneficial way. However, there is a difference between talking to a man that is incarcerated, and preparing yourself to interact with a man being released from incarceration. I've had the privilege and honor of being shown my worth and value at a time when others would consider it their low point, and now I'm ready to implement these life learned lessons where they were meant to be applied (the streets). With that being said, I need you to know that I’m strictly looking to build a solid bond and friendship with like minded, non biased women, with the hopes of continuing once released.
