My name is Lane Wootan. I’m 28, 5’10 & 200 lbs. I’m from a small country town outside of San Antonio. Therefore I have an easygoing heart and soul. I like the slow and steady life, the city got me a 22 year sentence. I’ve done 5 and have 6 until parole. Prison hasn’t been all bad, it made me look at life in a new light. I’ve learned a lot about myself and made me see who I really want to be. My story is crazy. Something you just can’t make up, and I hope to share it with you one day. For now I’ll tell you what I like to do in here. I wrote poems, read, workout, really anything involving elevating the mind body and soul. I reached a point in my life where I’m tired of destroying things. It’s my time to give back to people. I’m part of a couple different programs on my unit, one is recovery and the other is MBS (mind-body-&soul) we strive to grow mentally, physically & spiritually. I do these things in hope to learn tools to take home and share with the youth. Stopping addiction early on before they lose everything and see the inside of a prison. I’m a Virgo with a big heart and I’m not looking to be played with and lied to. Just be you and I’ll be me, I’m straight forward and won’t beat around the bush. I’m down for friend that are worth turning into more. I look forward to hearing from you.
