Since being incarcerated I achieved the following:

*Earned over 70 certificates.
*Taught finance, self-awareness, and job readiness classes.
*Led a team growing crops and houseplants for homeless shelters.

*Participated in four documentaries.

Now, after twenty years, I’m being resentenced and will be released early because of good behavior. This is very exciting, but I’m also nervous because there’s so much I haven’t experienced. I’ve never had a cellphone, car, or my own house. And because I’ve been locked up since 2005, I don’t have much outside support to assist me with navigating adulthood. I mention this because although I do have goals and passions, I know I’ll need good people around me to make that happen.

That’s why I’m on this website. I’m not opposed to romance, but I’m really looking for anyone who believes in second chances and is willing to help guide me upon release. If that’s you, I’d love to connect.
